We take your privacy very seriously. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and the online privacy guidelines of CT Turning To Youth and Families, we do not sell, share or rent any personally identifying information about you.
We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, to remain consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998.
The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting this site. If you want to post comments, send messages, chat or blog you will be asked to register for the site.
If you choose to submit a request to the "Contact Us" submission page, we will request your e-mail address only for the purpose of responding. We do not store or share these e-mail addresses and it is not required that an email address be entered here.

The Act states that personal information that CTYF acquires from you must be safeguarded against misuse by third parties and that CTYF "shall destroy, erase or make unreadable such data, computer files and documents prior to disposal."
Personal information with regard to you that is collected on this Web Site is maintained by the CTYF finance staff. It is CTYF’s policy to restrict access to such files to only finance personnel, management personnel and company legal counsel all with a need to know, and to destroy personal information upon disposal of the files.
